RETURN POLICY
We
are fully aware that diagnosing an air suspension problem can be tricky. To be
honest, most mechanics aren't familiar with the Ford/Lincoln air suspension system
and "may" try to guess whats wrong rather than perform the necessary
diagnostics needed to efficiently repair your vehicle....the first time.
We
at American Air Suspension, with
all do respect, cannot and will not send parts out "just
in case" you need it as some parts are not pulled "off
the shelf", but are actually built FOR YOU. If your mechanic
says to you...."Get the part, and if we don't need it,
send it back"....do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER
MECHANIC! If this does happen, it means the mechanic is
guessing and doesn't know what he/she is doing and is using
your check book to further their education.

We would be happy to help you. Because ALL
SALES ARE FINAL, we
would much rather help you diagnose your problem and fix it right THE FIRST
TIME, than have an unhappy customer.
REFUNDS
IF
we were involved in diagnosing the problem and
do agree to accept the return of parts, a mandatory deduction
of any shipping cost incurred AND 20% of the purchase
price will be deducted from the refund as a restocking fee
and the refund will be issued on the same credit card used
in the original transaction. IF we were NOT involved
in diagnosing the problem and we agree to a refund,
the refund will be done as store credit in the form of an
online coupon.
SHIPPING
CHARGES
We
charge a flat fee for shipping most of our parts that helps keep the cost of the
part(s) down for our customers. What we charge our customers will ALWAYS be less
than the actual cost to ship. On heavier parts like struts, what we charge our
customer can be as little as half the actual costs. As you can see, if we give
a refund after the part(s) have been shipped, we still lose money on shipping.
RESTOCKING
FEE
Credit
cards are a great, time saving way to order parts, but remember, WE
are charged to accept your credit card. If we refund your money, we still have
to pay the fee. This fee, along with the cost of the package and packaging supplies
must be deducted from the original purchase price if you change your mind.
