Why are your parts better than others?

Being that the owner of American Air Suspension is an ex-mechanic, expect ONLY the best parts. Mechanics learn real quick, if they put on junk parts and it fails later on, they are stuck explaining why their repair didn't last. In short, if we continue to have problems with a part, we won't continue to sell it. As far as the conversion kits we sell, between having brand name Struts & Shocks and Eibach springs, there is no better kits on the market! QUESTI

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, by way of PayPal, which is our credit card processor

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card?

No. PayPal will accept just about any major credit card for payment.

I don't like PayPal. Can you use another processor for my order?

Absolutely. We actually have 2 different credit card processors that we can use. Although we do prefer to use PayPal in most cases, if you've had a bad experience with PayPal in the past we do have other options. Depending on the amount, it may require 2 additional days for shipment. Please contact us to place your order with another payment method.

Do you accept a bank wire transfer?

Absolutely. You would need to contact us first. Once the funds are cleared, we will ship the parts out.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada all the time, but between shipping cost, taxes & duties, it can be very expensive. If you live close to the US border, we maybe able to ship the parts to a UPS store on the US side to save you some money. You would need to call to set this up.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Absolutely. For orders outside of the US, we do require orders to be placed over the phone. Some orders may require payment through a bank transfer. A representative will fill you in.

I don't have quite enough money to buy everything at one time. Can I get a light out module later on?

Absolutely. As long as you've purchased a kit from us before, your entitled to the same 50% off the light out module($200). The only difference is that you'll have to pay for the shipping($10).


CONVERSION KIT WARRANTY POLICY

ALL of our Air Suspension Conversion Kits, for the exception of our "Economy" line kit, have a Limited Lifetime Warranty! All warranties are for the original purchaser and are nontransferable. Warranty is for part replacement only and DOES NOT include labor. While the coil springs, mounts & such are covered for life, the struts and/or shocks are not(don't be fooled by the lies of other companies), as they are a wear item and just like tires, brakes, clutches, etc., they will need to be replaced in time. Replacement shocks/struts can be purchased separately from American Air Suspension later on if the need arises.

RETURN POLICY

1) Customer must contact American Air Suspension to open a ticket for any return.

2) Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchased invoice date.

3) Customer is responsible for both the original shipping and return freight costs.

4) Any product that has been installed cannot be returned for a refund.

5) A 20 % restocking fee will apply to all non-warranty returns.

6) Refunds are paid in manner of that payment was made, ( i.e, credit card or paypal).

7) We reserve the right to refuse any products for return.

8) Any unidentified product or product that hasn’t been called in for a ticket, will not quality for a refund and will be returned to the sender at senders expense.

9) Proof of purchase will be required on any and all returns for refund.

10) There are no other warranties expressed or written which will modify this Return Policy.

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we use "cookies"?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
