IF MY AIR SUSPENSION IS LEAKING, WHY DOES ONLY THE FRONT GO DOWN?

The module will only try to make an adjustment to the front or the rear of the vehicle, NEVER BOTH at the same time. Therefore, if the module tries to fill or vent the front of the car and it doesn't do so in the 90 seconds time limit, the module will "time-out", turn on the check suspension message and shut the system down.

I would recommend doing a leak test on the car to start with. Go HERE for instructions.
