the ride is better than expected April 8, 2016
Reviewer: Marcel C. from Coral Springs, FL
I called and spoke with Ed and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about my Navigator. Turns out he was a Lincoln/Ford certified tech for over 20 years, so I guess that explains a lot. He was happy to help me repair the air ride and explained he would even make more money if I did, but advised me to convert. Explaining not only that it was a poorly designed system, but told me WHY it was bad. I'm not totally stupid and mechanically inclined enough to know that Ed knows what he is talking about, as opposed to the salesman I spoke with earlier at S***********s that is just a salesman(bull*hit artist) with a good sales pitch! All in all calling American Air Suspension was the best move I've made in a very long time. I thought the kit was reasonably priced and the ride is better than expected. Thanks for all your time on the phone Ed and I hope you do well.

Marcel C.

Who would have thought pulling out the air bags and putting regular springs in their place would improve the ride this much....especially while towing. Thanks for turning my Navigator into a trailer pulling machine.
