Lincoln Air Suspension Help and Common Problems

What about the computer? Won't the check suspension light come on?

No. The conversion instructions tell the installer how to disable the air suspension system altogether. After the conversion is completed, you'll never see a suspension warning again.

Why is your Lincoln Town Car Air Suspension Conversion Kit better than others?

Our Suspension Conversion is comprised of the absolute best coil springs available! For more in-depth information or product questions, don't hesitate to contact us at 1-866-211-7531 or email us.

Does my mechanic have to cut or weld anything?

No, never. The nicest thing about this particular kit, is that it includes specially made coil springs where the ends are made to a certain diameter. This allows the spring end to snuggly sit down in the seat that the air spring used to sit in! Not only does this make for a fast install, because there's no brackets to install, there's no bind in the spring and no noises afterward.

Will this kit work on any other vehicle?

Yes, this kit w ill work on the 1990-2002 Lincoln Town Car, Ford Crown Victoria, and Mercury Grand Marquis.

How long does it take to install the Lincoln Town Car Air Suspension Conversion Kit?

This is the absolute easiest conversion to install. Labor times should be in the 1.0-1.5 range for a basic kit without shocks.

What height will the car sit at afterward?

The car will be at the normal ride height, just like a normally operating air suspension equipped Town Car.

If I can do the conversion, anybody can do the conversion! I'm no mechanic by no stretch, but at the age of 65 years young, I managed to do this in about an hour. It couldn't have been easier and the car drives fantastic!
